Welcome to Cutmax. By downloading or using the app, you automatically agree to these terms.
2. Nature of the Service (Disclaimer)
Cutmax uses Artificial Intelligence to offer aesthetic recommendations and hair health estimations.
- Not medical advice: The "Alopecia Analysis" is an image-based estimation and does not replace a diagnosis from a dermatologist or medical professional.
- Not an aesthetic guarantee: Haircut recommendations are algorithm-based suggestions. We do not guarantee that the real-life result will be identical to the suggestion, as it depends on your barber's execution and your hair's nature.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Cutmax offers a limited free version and a "Pro" subscription.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID/Google Play account upon confirming the purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period from your Apple/Google account settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you explicit permission. Uploading offensive, illegal, or pornographic content is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
The developers of Cutmax are not responsible for decisions made based on the app's recommendations, nor for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
