Account and data deletion
At CutMax we respect your right to control your data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated information.
1. How to delete your account
There are two ways to do it:
Option A — From the app (recommended)
- Open CutMax on your device.
- Go to Settings (icon in the top-right corner).
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately and irreversibly.
Option B — By email
If you cannot access the app, send us an email at cutmax.app@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the email address or identifier you used to register. We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days.
2. What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:
- Your account identifier (name and email obtained via Google or Apple Sign-In).
- Your analysis history and saved results linked to your account.
- Any preferences or settings stored on our servers.
3. Data we do not retain
CutMax does not store your photos on any server. Images are processed in real time and discarded immediately after the result is generated, so there is no additional biometric data to delete.
4. Third-party data
Subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to each platform's retention policies. To cancel an active subscription, do so directly from your account settings in the relevant store.
